A Veteran’s New Leash on Life
A Veteran’s New Leash on Life
For Veterans living with the invisible wounds of war, a Service Dog can be a lifeline: a steadfast battle buddy that helps a Warrior rebuild confidence, reclaim independence, and find their way back to the life they deserve. K9s For Warriors is here to make that journey possible, pairing highly trained Service Dogs with Veterans nationwide—at no cost to the Veteran.
In their new brand awareness campaign, A Veteran’s New Leash on Life, Air Force Veteran Sean shares how his Service Dog, Chas, helped him reclaim a life he thought was lost and highlights the extraordinary difference a Service Dog can make in a Veteran’s life. Today, Sean is one of over 1,300 Veterans who have been paired with Service Dogs through K9s For Warriors.
Share Sean and Chas’s story and air A Veteran’s New Leash on Life. Together, we can remind Veterans they are not alone. There is hope, and sometimes, help comes with four legs and a wagging tail.
