Rural America

Rural America

More than 2.9 million children are growing up in poverty in rural America. With limited access to early education, childcare, and even basic services, children in communities off the beaten path are starting life already at a disadvantage.

Save the Children’s new public service announcement, Rural America, draws attention to the unique challenges children face in some of the most isolated corners of the country. For over 90 years, Save the Children has done life-changing work in rural America, offering educational and early learning opportunities that are often hard to access in rural communities.

By airing Rural America, you can help raise awareness of Save the Children’s vital mission and support youth who live in deep pockets of poverty, giving them what they need to have the future all children deserve.

Rural America

Every child deserves a chance to learn – no matter where they live. Save the Children brings this truth to light with state-specific creative highlighting the unique challenges faced by kids growing up in some of the country’s hardest-to-reach places. In rural communities across the nation, children face fewer classrooms, limited access to basic services, and fewer opportunities to reach their full potential.
By placing “Rural America” in your community, you can help raise awareness and support for the kids who need it most.
Outdoor creative is available for billboards, bus shelters and other types of outdoor media. To order free materials, email mediaservices@psadirect.com with contact information, location and size(s) requested.
