Our nation’s history isn’t confined to textbooks or museums. It lives beneath our feet—in the soil, in the silence, in the sacred ground where Americans once marched toward the unknown. As our nation celebrates its 250th birthday, American Battlefield Trust is launching a new awareness campaign called The Land Remembers aimed at protecting America’s hallowed battlegrounds so the stories will be forever remembered.
